“We're getting attention, but not enough buyers.”
The issue may not be visibility. It could be the wrong audience, weak qualification or an unclear reason to act.
Question the conversion pathAt a glance: understand the problem, examine the evidence, agree useful outputs, then decide whether to proceed. Every scope and timetable is confirmed in writing.
You don't always need more leads, another campaign or a bigger plan. Sometimes you need a clearer view of what's stopping your business from moving forward.
Opportunity Diagnosis is a focused strategic assessment designed to uncover meaningful gaps, test competing explanations and identify the next move worth pursuing.
We examine what matters, distinguish assumptions from evidence and recommend whether to proceed, test further—or stop.
Many businesses treat the symptom they can see. The real commercial constraint may sit elsewhere—in the offer, the buyer journey, the relationship or the operating model.
The issue may not be visibility. It could be the wrong audience, weak qualification or an unclear reason to act.
Question the conversion pathThe constraint may be concentrated in a neglected segment, an offer mismatch or a process that loses momentum.
Find the limiting factorThe missing element might be a stronger value proposition, stakeholder map or credible pathway to decision-makers.
Reframe the exchange of valueThe idea may be viable—or not. What is missing is a disciplined way to test assumptions before committing resources.
Turn uncertainty into decisionsChoose a lens to see the kind of questions we investigate. The diagnosis is tailored to the business: we don't pretend every organization needs all six in equal depth.
We examine demand signals, customer segments and the difference between the audiences you attract and those most likely to buy.
Exploratory questions only. These graphics are not actual assessment results.
A focused sequence that starts with a useful question, reviews available evidence and ends with a decision the business can actually act on.
Agree the business objective, suspected bottlenecks, boundaries and who will make the eventual decision.
Examine relevant market, customer, pipeline and operational evidence. Identify competing explanations.
Challenge assumptions, assess what is known and identify what needs interviews, data or a small pilot.
Rank options by plausible value, effort, dependencies and uncertainty, then agree the most sensible next step.
We agree the final scope before work begins. The following are illustrative deliverables for a focused diagnosis—not a promise that every engagement includes every item.
A structured view of symptoms, possible root causes and where value may be leaking or waiting.
A reasoned view of customers, partners or markets worth testing first, with key assumptions visible.
What we know, what we suspect, what remains unverified and what evidence would change the decision.
Options, dependencies, owners and a recommended test, pilot or decision—not merely a list of observations.
This assessment suits leaders who want to make a considered investment decision—not commission a guaranteed shortcut.
Before any work starts, we'll clarify your objective, the information needed and what a successful diagnosis should enable you to decide.
It is a defined investigative and strategic engagement. Depending on agreed access, it may combine interviews, document review, customer-journey analysis, pipeline review and targeted external research. The output is a prioritized, evidence-aware decision brief.
There is no universal fixed duration or fee. After a short discovery conversation we agree the questions, available evidence, deliverables, time frame and price in writing. A tightly scoped diagnosis can be more useful than an unnecessarily broad review.
Typically an accountable point of contact, your business objective, representative information about your offer and customer journey, and access to relevant non-sensitive documents or stakeholders. Any confidential data request is scoped separately and handled with appropriate permission.
That is an important possible finding. A sound diagnosis should be able to recommend a pilot, further evidence, a change of direction or a decision not to proceed. We don't manufacture a positive conclusion to justify another project.
That can be discussed, but implementation is not automatically included. If there is a justified next phase, we propose a separate scope with clear deliverables, ownership and commercial terms.
Tell us what isn't moving, where you suspect the gap might be and what a better decision would mean for your business. We'll explore whether an Opportunity Diagnosis is the right starting point.
No obligation to proceed. Scope, fees and delivery terms are confirmed before an engagement begins.
